Meet our Pastor

Prabhu-Sucila.png

Prabhu Isaac is the founder of Voice of the Solid Rock Ministries and the Pastor of Solid Rock Revival Church in Pittsburgh, USA.

Hailing from Vellore, Tamil Nadu, in Southern India, Prabhu graduated from college to become a Radiologist. However, it was in Saudi Arabia where his family lived and worked for over a decade, that God started calling him to start a ministry. He has a powerful story about the growth of secret Churches in Saudi that he pioneered along with many others, the launch of his ministry there, his subsequent arrest and imprisonment in 2001 for the gospel, and his miraculous deportation.

In 2002, shortly after he was deported, Pastor Prabhu began his full-time ministry. He authored his Tamil book “Paalaivana Sirayil Yesuvukkaga” (For Christ in the Wilderness), a memoir that recounts his time in prison.

Through his ministries in India, Pastor Prabhu established 5 village branch churches under Voice of the Solid Rock. Today he oversees these Churches and supports the local pastors in the villages.

Pastor Prabhu is also a gifted singer, songwriter and composer. He has released 5 albums so far. Thousands around the globe have listened to his songs and watched his music videos on Youtube and have been immensely blessed. He continues to preach the Word of God and encourage many through TV and audio. He has also travelled to more than 20 countries as an ambassador for the gospel, sharing both his testimony of God’s saving grace through one of his darkest trials, and the good news of Jesus Christ.

Pastor Prabhu and his wife Sucila reside in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Sucila is a dedicated registered nurse. They have a son Benjamin Prabhu who lives in Virginia with his wife, Abigail. They also have a daughter, Joanna. Prabhu and Sucila are also blessed with 3 grandchildren – Judah, Amelia and Sadie – who are the joy and light of their lives.

When he is not preaching or traveling and preparing for ministry, Pastor Prabhu enjoys writing and playing his guitar.
